Descriptions of Full Complement Cylindrical Roller Bearings
Roller bearings can carry heavy load. Compared to traditional bearings with case, our full complement cylindrical roller bearings have higher loading capacity. Based on the same width, the roller bearings have smaller radial cross section, so they are space-saving but their rotary speed is lower relatively. All the multi-stage cylindrical roller bearings are designed with a lubrication groove and a lubricating hole on the outer ring.

These roller bearings have the advantages of high loading capacity, high accuracy, easy installation and long service life, and so on. Roller bearings must support a certain minimum load (namely, C/P<25) to ensure the normal operation in succession. If not, wear would be exacerbated when the lubrication is not enough or the running speed is high.

Some Types of Full Complement Cylindrical Roller Bearings
NCF…V type full complement cylindrical roller bearings are designed with a single rib on one side of the outer ring. On the other side without rib, there is a snap ring which can make unidirectional positioning for the crankshaft. The axial clearance “S” inside the bearing ensures the axial displacement of the crankshaft relative to the bearing housing. You can ask us for “S” value.
NJ…V type full complement cylindrical roller bearings are mainly used in the conditions that the load is extra heavy and that the running speed is low. These roller bearings are fitted with self-lock rollers. Even though the inner ring is removed, the rollers will not scatter. Therefore, it is quite convenient to mount and dismantle these bearings. This kind of roller bearings can carry unidirectional axial load.
NNF…2LSNVY type double-row full complement cylindrical roller bearings has two inseparable inner rings which are connected together by a holding ring. There is a rib in the middle of the outer ring. This kind of bearings can carry bidirectional axial load and can be used as locating bearings. They can also bear overturning moment because the distance between its two rows of rollers is big. There are two snap ring grooves on the surface of outer ring and they can be used for axial orientation. On the both sides of the bearings, there are contact seals which have lithium base grease inside. The operating temperature of the roller bearings is limited within –40 to 80¡æ. This type of bearings does not need maintenance under certain conditions, however, lubricant should be supplemented when there is vapor or dust and the bearings are running at medium or high speed. If engine oil is adopted as the lubricant, the seals should be removed and the grease inside the bearings should be cleaned out. By using engine oil, the running speed of the bearings can increase by 30%.

The dimensional tolerance and geometrical deviation of full complement cylindrical roller bearings comply with Grade P0 of GB/T307.1-94(ISO492- 1994). These bearings are designed with normal radial internal clearance C0. We can also provide bearings with radial internal clearance of Group C2 or Group C4 upon request, but the corresponding suffix should be added to the bearing code when you place an order. Rubber/plastic screw extruders usually adopt bearings with group C3.

Sufficient lubrication is necessary when the full complement cylindrical roller bearings are carrying a certain axial load.
The ribs that carry axial load in unidirectional locating bearing and bidirectional locating bearings must be fully loaded.
Operators should know that the force can not be transmitted through directly through the cylindrical rollers and the rib of rings, while mounting and dismantling the cylindrical roller bearings.
